Gas turbines (focus)
Focus on heavy-duty gas turbines in the 50 Hz market: lifecycle spare parts concepts, hot gas path components, combustor parts, compressor components, sealing systems, instrumentation and controls. Hansakraft supports retrofit and upgrade projects as well as LTE concepts.
LTE & modernization
Evaluation of operating data, start/stop cycles and temperature profiles. Derivation of LTE (Lifetime Extension) measures with replacement or upgrade of critical components, adaptation of inspection and maintenance intervals and specification of the required spare parts and packages.

We define spare parts packages, evaluate operating and vibration data and support replacement campaigns, upgrades and LTE measures in cooperation with specialized service partners.

Solar power & hybrid solutions
Photovoltaic systems complement conventional power plants and decentralized applications. Hansakraft supports the selection of modules, inverters, mounting systems and protection devices and defines spare parts for critical components.
In addition, we develop concepts for hybrid systems (e.g. generator + PV + storage) and assess self-consumption, monitoring and component lifetime.
